The project of the cooking school "IN TAVOLA" was born from the passion of the founding members who gave life to the project by paying particular attention to the correct cultural diffusion of Italian cuisine, developing a selected research of typical products and the historicity of the recipes so as to best highlight the traditions and secrets of a gastronomy with a thousand-year-old tradition.

The school, located in the historic center of Florence, uses expert teachers who over the years have developed skills at all levels in food and wine teaching. The lessons take place in professionally equipped rooms, in a familiar and pleasant atmosphere, participants will be able to learn the richness of Italian cuisine also given the diversity of regional culinary traditions.

The cooking school In Tavola has the objective of spreading the Italian food and wine culture rich in regional culinary traditions, such as that of Tuscany with its incredible variety of dishes and recipes.
